In order to provide a truly simple maintenance service we offer our clients a Maintenance contract which covers both reactive and planned works. Having a contract offers a number of benefits:

One monthly invoice detailing activity at the property within the month;
Free of charge management time within your fee to ensure work is completed as expected;
